The PIO will be responsible for creating and disseminating written and verbal internal and external communication on behalf of the Melbourne Orlando International Airport and Melbourne Airport Authority. Examples of Duties Serves as the Airport’s spokesperson and Public Information Officer and is the point of contact for all media inquiries. Supports Executive Director and management team with speaking engagements including developing remarks and presentations. Researches and writes both proactive and reactive communication materials including press releases, quotes, and media alerts/briefing.
