The Hinman Dental Society, a non-profit organization, is comprised of more than 800 member dentists primarily located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1911 by Thomas P. Hinman, the Society is dedicated to the advancement of its membership through outstanding educational and professional development opportunities, as well as promoting the high practice standards of the field of dentistry through public advocacy and outreach.
The Meeting Coordinator must be highly organized, detail-oriented, work independently, in a supporting role, and as part of a team.
General Office Duties
Answer and redirect calls
Manage office schedules for recycling, pest control, water delivery, etc.
Manage office supply inventory
Stock office kitchen
Society Duties
Manage the annual membership dues process
Manage the new membership nomination and application process
Attend the Society’s Annual Summer Meeting (late May/early June)
Assist Member Services Manager role with any additional Society duties
Coordinate travel for Hinman Program Teams attending other dental meetings
